highlightif you take a commission with me , i assume you have read and agreed to these terms.

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERI reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time. (If the commission is interrupted, ill refund as well )Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. (Automatic block + blacklist)II. PAYMENT AND FEESPayment is due in half, one after seeing and approved the sketch and the other at the end of the commission.Rush fees will be charged for tight deadlines. (Ex: can you finish my commission within 3 days/tomorrow / etc- + 3$ / day )Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below). // from 3 modification //III. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONSWrite clearly and concisely when filling out the commission form.Provide several clear reference images of the character/subject.Moodboards are welcome!Respond on time. (after a delay of 1 week the commission is canceled // i’ll refund as well )Take responsibility for any important information and clear description/reference that you do not provide to me that results in my inability to complete your order to your satisfaction.Read the terms of use and commission information carefully.IV. PROCESS AND WORK SCHEDULEI will send a sketch for approval before proceeding with the order. I will accept a full revision at the sketch stage.V. REVISIONSOne major revision and several minor revisions are allowed in the sketching phase and are covered in the commission price. (More than 3 major = price increase // more than 10 minor = price increase)A limited number of minor revisions are permitted during the staining/painting stage and are covered in the commission price. (More than 10 minor revisions = price increase // +0.50$ par minor revision)Revisions due to my negligence are free. ↵It is at my discretion to determine what constitutes minor and major revisions.VI. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICYI reserve the right to publish the commissioned work on my social networks and
I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork. if you dont want your drawing to be post its an additional cost of 2$The final product is strictly for your personal use. (additional cost for commercial use )You must credit me when you share or use the commissioned work. (My watermark mark is considered like a credit )You may use or modify the commissioned work in the following ways:Print the artwork for personal use.Crop and/or resize the image to use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.Use the artwork as a reference for a study.Post the work on social media, clearly indicating my credit.You may NOT use or modify the commissioned work in the following ways:Claim the artwork as your own.Remove my watermark/signature.Paint or modify the artwork in any way not covered by the permitted uses above.Color my sketches or my linear.Use the ordered coin in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.Reproduce the work commercially without buying the rights from me.VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDOnce the final product is approved, no refunds are allowed.You can cancel the commission at any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not completed.I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time
